Did you know that gratitude can help lessen anxiety, relieve stress and improve sleep? I didn’t either! But when I started looking for gratitude challenges for November, I kept seeing sites that listed the benefits of being grateful. There are many!
So for the month of November, I’ve decided to post a card a day along with a gratitude challenge. Post what you did for the daily challenge over on my Facebook page and I’ll be picking random winners throughout the month to get happy mail from me.

30 Days of Gratitude Challenge ::

Day 2 :: Do a random act of kindness
You can make a stranger’s day (or a friend’s!) with a kindness act. This can be small or large! And it doesn’t even have to cost you money.
Wondering what to do? Here are a few ideas ::
- Pick up litter at your nearby park
- Make dinner for a family that needs a night off
- Leave a kind note or money in a library book
- Pay for someone’s meal or coffee
- Leave an unusually large tip
- Thank a teacher with a small gift
- Get groceries for a senior
- Lend someone a book or movie you love
You’ll find Google is full of random acts of kindness ideas if you need more!
Be sure to comment on the daily gratitude post on my Facebook page and let us know your random act of kindness.
