Today was my first Facebook live video. I was sooo nervous! Earlier this afternoon, I was a guest on Stamping on the Back Porch with Karen & Tim Titus. I’m visiting them in Minneapolis and Karen asked me to talk about Handcrafted Blessings and what I’m doing with my business. My goal is to create cards and encourage people to send cards to people. I also want to bring women together to craft, drink coffee and build community. That is really my passion and what I hoped to convey in Karen’s Facebook Live.
One of the projects that I showed was a coffee cup and coordinating gift card holder.
I made these as Father’s Day gifts to sell at craft shows. Of course, I forgot to send one to my own Dad (Sorry, Daddy-o!). But I got some requests to share the instructions for making the gift card holder. Karen suggested that I make a Facebook live to demonstrate how to make it. Oh my, that’s when I got nervous but also excited to try it out.
So here’s my debut video.
Here is a look at the cheat sheet I made for the dimensions of each piece.
It’s super easy to make! For those who aren’t familiar with Stampin Up! paper, “DSP” stands for Designer Series Paper and it’s the fun patterned paper that I love using on my cards and paper projects. I also added the link where I bought the coffee cups.
Enjoy!
